Students have to abide strictly by the Rules and Regulations that are enforced in the College. The Principal shall be the final authority in all matters, relating to discipline and the decision of the Principal will be absolutely final and
binding on all concerned.

A student is expected to show both within and outside the College respect for elders, morality, personal honour, codes of discipline and rights of others. A student, to remain in good standing must also demonstrate good behaviour and
co-operation at all stages.

The students will also be subject to the disciplinary rules of NED University of Engineering and Technology.

The following, among others, shall constitute acts of indiscipline for which action may be taken against the defaulter.

1) Involvement in any political/ethnic/religious activities within College Campus.

2) Creating law and order situation in the College Campus.

3) Threatening/pressurizing Staff Members inside or outside the College Campus.

4) Damaging or destroying College property.

5) Teasing or harassing or molesting of students inside or outside the College Campus.

6) Creating disturbances within the College Campus.

7) Attempting to bring any external pressure for passing examinations, exemption from attendance or any otherpurpose.

Indulgence in any of the above acts, can result in appropriate disciplinary action which may be rustication or expulsion from the college either for specified period or for good or fines upto the maximum of Rs.5000/= can be imposed.

        For proper identification students must always carry College Identity Card and the same will be produced/shown
                                        to the Authorized Person of the College as and when required.
