At the time of enrolment each student is issued an identity card. If this card is lost, the students are required to report the matter to the Registrar of the College. The duplicate identity card will be issued on submission of declaration of loss of the original card on payment. Students are advised to keep their identity card with them and produce on demand by authorities.


Fee concession of Full / Half Freeship (College Fee only) are available to the extent of 10% of the enrollment. These freeships are awarded on year-to-year basis to deserving students on poverty-cum-merit basis on the recommendations of Head of Department.


Students have to abide strictly the rules and regulations enforced in the College. The Principal, will be the final authority in all matters and the decision of the Principal will be final. The principal is empowered to suspend, rusticate, or expel any student.

b) A student is expected to show both within and outside the college, the respect of elders, normality, honour, codes of discipline and the rights of others. A student, to remain in good standing must also demonstrate a mature attitude of interest and co-operation.

c) Act of in-discipline and misbehaviour shall be severely dealt with and students indulging in such acts shall make themselves liable to punishment by fines or suspension or expulsion from the College. The College reserves the right to be the sole judge in all matters relating to disciplinary actions.

d) The College shall not be responsible for any damage or injury caused to the student during the instructional programme of the college.

e) The students must not indulge in any kind of political activity including, displaying posters or placards etc in the College Campus.

f) The Principal will suspend any student who is found indulging in unfair means in an examination. Further action against him will be taken by SBTE authorities for breach of the rules of examination.

g) Students will not be allowed to address the press on the following subjects:

(i) Political or allied subjects
(ii) Matter directly or indirectly connected with the administration of the college.
(iii) Matter pertaining to the policies of the Government.
