Selected Candidates for admission in Bachelor of Technology (hONOURS), First Year class, Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Technologies are directed to submit the following at ONLY, OCS Centre S. No. 07, Block 13-C, Murree Heights, Gulshan-e-Iqbal (opposite Urdu Science College), Main University Road, Karachi Phone No. 4970001, alongwith Rs.15/- in cash as service charges upto 15-05-2008, failing which their candidature will automatically be dropped and the next candidate appearing on the waiting may be given chance for admission.

i)	Pay Order of Rs.5340/- (Rupees Five Thousand Three Hundred and Forty only) in favour of Principal, Govt. College of Technology, SITE, Karachi with name of candidate, Merit Order and Technology written on the reverse side of the pay order.

ii)	Two attested photocopies of Provisional / Original Degree (Pass).

iii)	Eligibility Certificate (if any) (other than NED University).

iv)	Attested photocopies of all Marks Sheets of B. Tech. (Pass)

v)	Two Attested photocopies of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).

vi)	Four recent photographs (1 ½’’ x 1 ½’’.), write Name & Pre-Admission Entry Test Roll No. on the reverse side of the photograph.

vii)	Certificate of Extra Curricular Activities conforming clause 12.2.3.7 (ii) (b) on page No.70, in the Prospectus 2007-08.(If Applicable)

viii)	Medical Fitness Certificate in original on the proforma prescribed on page No.128, Appendix-III in the prospectus 2007-08.

ix)	Undertaking on Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.20/- as mentioned on page No.129, Appendix-IV, of the Prospectus 2007-08.

x)	Candidates applying against the categories on serial No.3,4,5,6,8 & 9 mentioned on page No.73, “category wise distribution of seats” in the prospectus are directed to submit their nominations through the Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Sindh, Karachi (if applicable).

xi)	Two Attested photocopies of consolidated Marks Sheet of DAE.

xii)	Two Attested photocopies of Migration Certificate. (if other than NED University)

xiii)	Two Attested photocopies of Domicile Certificate.

xiv)	Two Attested photocopies of Permanent Residance Certificate issued for the purpose of admission in educational institution only (on Form C).

xv)	Two Attested photocopies of Matric / SSC/ TSC Certificate

xvi)	Two Attested photocopies of Diploma of Associate Engineer Certificate or Provisional Certificate issued by the concerned Board.

xvii)	Two Attested photocopies of NCC certificate (if applicable)

xviii)	Two Attested photocopies of Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate from Wafaq-ul-Madaris (if applicable).

xix)	Two Attested photocopies of Disability Certificate from the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled persons, Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh on Form I (Assessment) (if applicable).

xx)	Two Attested photocopies of Certificate of Extra Curricular Activities conforming clause 12.2.3.7 (ii) (b) on page No.70 of Prospectus 2007-08 (if applicable).

xviii)	Two Attested photocopies of Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate from Wafaq-ul-Madaris (if applicable).

After submission of the documents at OCS Centre, all the candidates are directed to get NOC Form from the College on next working day and also submit the Enrolment Form in the College before 19th May, 2008 positively.
